At The Norrmans Castle food is super important to us and the kitchen plays a big role in what we do. You work at the heart of the operation. We strive for a friendly kitchen with lots of joy. Do you fit that description?
We are developing our food concept and want a new star on the team who can help us take our guests on a journey of taste. A lot is happening at the castle right now and if you are ready to try something new and work in a slightly different place, get in touch with us at [email protected].
We are a small boutique hotel with 27 rooms located in the Swedish countryside, were we aim to create an oasis were the everyday falls away and there is space to relax and simply enjoy the presence.
We pride ourselves in a warm and welcoming service, were good food and wine is a big part of our identity. If you also share our vision, love to make food that warms all the way into the heart, and wish to be part of a small but highly dedicated team, this is our invitation for you to send your application.
Requirements for the role:
You have a great passion for food and guest service.
We work with local, seasonal ingredients.
Will always prioritise the guest well-being.
Able to convey the concept of The Norrmans Castle through the food you cook.
Experience from a kitchen, preferably at a similar level.
Represent The Norrmans in a professional and good manner at all times, as well as follow and practice our company values
Comfortable working in a small team where we help each other both in and outside the kitchen
Able to work with a flexible schedule. We are seasonal based, and weekend and holiday work is expected
Fluent in English, but Scandinavian language skills are valued.
Start in April 2024 or as agreed
